I am a Sydney-based consultant who has spent two decades in the for-purpose sector. I’ve served as a CEO, a board president, and I have personally led organisations through the complex reality of merging.
I know what it feels like to sit in the boardroom weighing mission against money. I founded Loom Consulting because the sector needs a guide who understands the emotional weight of these decisions, not just the legal mechanics.
