Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Alphally's services at alphally.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Alphally provides done-for-you GoHighLevel setup, website design, CRM configuration, automation, and ongoing support services for coaches and consultants. Service scope is defined in individual client agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Clients are responsible for their GoHighLevel subscription costs directly with GoHighLevel. Alphally's service fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information necessary to complete your build. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables. Alphally is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the content and design of their delivered build. Alphally retains the right to display completed work as portfolio examples unless otherwise requested in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Alphally's liability is limited to the total fees paid in the preceding 30 days. Alphally is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or business opportunities.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Clients agree to a minimum 6-month commitment as outlined in their service agreement. Early termination does not entitle clients to refunds of fees already paid.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
9. Changes to Terms
Alphally reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
